Completely newly designed, and renovated, the living space features an oversized sectional, painted brick fireplace, and warm, inviting finishes throughout. It’s comfortable enough for family movie nights and spacious enough for group stays.
The dining area seats 8+ and flows directly to the backyard - perfect for easy indoor-outdoor living.
The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, modern appliances, cookware, dishware, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. Whether you're staying for a campus visit or a work trip, you’ll have everything you need.
A cozy breakfast nook doubles as a remote work station where you can enjoy your coffee and high speed wifi- ideal for extended stays.
Private Backyard Oasis
The backyard is where guests truly unwind.
Our large pool is equipped with pool toys, towels, chairs, and a safety gate at the back door to prevent kiddos from traveling outside on their own. Relax around the fire pit with Adirondack seating, grill dinner under the covered patio, or enjoy evenings under string lights that make the entire space glow after dark.
Game Room + Lounge Space
The converted garage game room is a guest favorite. Enjoy games, just at air hockey, basketball, board games, or cozy up on the leather sofa with a blank, smart TV, and wine fridge!
It’s the perfect hangout space for both kids and adults.

We recently stayed at the Agave Poolhouse. It was perfect for our family. We were greeted with a yard sign for our daughter’s graduation from ACU and a personalized message on the TV. We also enjoyed the charcuterie board and gifts left for us! Thank you so much for keeping everything graduation themed! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.
