Royal Estate Manors is the LEFT side of our duplex. You can reserve one home or both, if available. Whenever I design a home I pour myself into it. I created it with what I would want in my own home. As usual I went over the top! This home is created with a lot of hard work, imagination and lots of love. You may not want to leave. Be our guest and be enchanted!
We are centrally located so you are minutes away from Universities, Hospitals, Downtown, parks, shopping, Churches , Dyess Air Force Base and restaurants. Sayles BLVD is known for it's beauty and history.
The whole house and the side patio and yard are yours. The backyard and grill are shared between you and guests at Royal Estate Manors #2. The driveway is also exclusively yours. The back parking area is a shared space . There is patio furniture under a gazebo for your comfort. There's Bluetooth in the bathroom that you can connect to with an LED mirror that has different light modes. I have available coffee with the cream and sugar. Bottled waters are in the fridge. Feel free to do your laundry. Detergent is supplied. There's also a clothes steamer. The T.V.'s have Netflix, Prime, YouTube TV and other apps for your entertainment. The kitchen is available to prepare meals with basic necessities if you feel like staying in. I have supplied a Belgian waffle maker, waffle mix, oil, butter and syrup for breakfast. Bon appetite!

We're located on beautiful historic Sayles BLVD directly across the street from McMurray University. We're centrally located so we're minutes away from grocery stores, shopping, Churches, parks, hospitals, ACU, HSU and Dyess Air Force Base.
We're located on a busy boulevard but free parking is available. HEB, restaurants, parks and shopping are walking distance.
The second bedroom is accessed through the primary bedroom or can be accessed from the back door.

As a part of the booking process you will be given the choice between a damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit hold. You are welcome to choose either option! I can’t tell you how perfect it was! A lot of precious memories were made this weekend and your house was a big part of it. Thank you for blessing us. I LOVED every single decoration! It was an adorable theme. Thank you for your hospitality.
Walking into this Airbnb nearly brought me to tears, with Christmas music softly playing and a personalized welcome message on the living room TV. The interior was absolutely stunning, with a Bridgerton, Victorian-inspired style and beautiful pops of color that made it feel like stepping into a different world. The home was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and clearly well maintained down to the fixtures and small details.The host was very communicative and provided clear directions, so there were no issues during my stay. The bed was comfortable, though a fitted sheet instead of just a flat sheet would have been appreciated. The bathroom was small but beautifully renovated and perfectly functional for a weekend.The only downside for me was the fragrances used in the home, as I am asthmatic and scent sensitive; however, that is a personal issue, and many guests will likely enjoy the scents as a special touch. Parking was convenient in a good-sized driveway suitable for two small cars. There is some traffic noise from the main road, but it was manageable, and the neighbors in the duplex were very quiet. The location, directly across from the university on Sayles Boulevard, made it easy to reach restaurants, entertainment, and anything else I needed. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would happily recommend this Airbnb to others.
My daughter plays volleyball for McMurry University and we were in town to help with a volleyball tournament. We absolutely loved Royal Estate Manor Deluxe! Furnishings are fun, chic and unique! Highly recommend for couples, small families or a girls trip!
